Why I'm doing this

Southeast Asia's property industry is booming, but its operations run a decade behind its ambitions: off-plan projects sold through spreadsheets, foreign buyers left in the dark after paying deposits, property managers drowning in chat groups.

Meanwhile the Gulf digitised — regulators demanded it, and platforms like propGOTO were built to that standard: KYC, escrow, milestone-linked payments, audit trails. My job is bringing that standard to Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia, honestly localised.

I publish my journey — the demos, the objections, the wins and the misses — because the people I work with deserve to know exactly who they're dealing with before they ever book a call.
